When Should I Use Run Gum?

Everyone absorbs caffeine and the active ingredients a little bit differently.  We recommend you experiment with what works best for you and your lifestyle.

In General – you only need to chew a piece of a few minutes to absorb all the active ingredients.  Through sublingual and buccal absorption, you will get the active ingredients into you systems within a matter of minutes.

If desired, you can continue to chew on the gum for as long as you want.
